This manip is by request of 
She requested a manip quite a while back, but I just got to it. This was her description of what she wanted: "a male eye that's like glowing with a light hue of blue. The eye itself is white-ish and looks like its blind, but it's a hue of electric blue that's glowing."
This was my best atempt, took me about an hour (longer if you count finding the stock)
