Gold digger
searched at the end of the Rainbow

Gave up love
Hope for heaven above
for Gold at the end of the Rainbow

Traveled the world
What a silly girl
Trying to reach the end of the Rainbow

She finally got there
She gave up soul, hopes and prayer
to get to the end of that Rainbow

You see her now
Not happy, not proud
and she can't tell you what's at the end of the Rainbow.

anyone could take the key

just to be there
now, she just wants someone to care
