Description

The name may not make much sense, but it comes with a story. I have a talent for acquiring injured or helpless birds. Last summer I found and raised a Virgina Rail day old hatchling. A few years back I rehabilitated a blackbird with a broken wing, which became a pet for close to a year. Her name was Gracia, and I let her fly away on Easter Morning. Earlier this summer I found a House Finch Chick in the middle of a street, and raised it to adulthood, but that only took a week. My last day home before traveling to my boarding school I found a Coopers Hawk that was in Shock. I believe that it had gotten hit by a truck. The poor thing lived only hours after I found it, though if it had survived I was going to try to get it to a birds of prey rehabilitation center. While I did care for him though, even in his weakened state, he was a truly incredible creature. To look into those eyes and see freedom. Wild... yet he was so docile. I felt connected to eternity.... I have always had a connection to birds, and tigers, and all animals really. I mean, with a name like Phoenix, how could I not be?
I wanted to share some of the tokens (these pictures) I managed to get of this incredible creature. He was never my pet, or my animal... he was a free creature, that visited me for a while, and will forever be a part of my spirit.

Hey dear! Stunning creature. Sorry for hearing that, hmm, he or she? Anyway, sure will got a reborn somewhere, and will live in your heart forever. Well, though this creature is really really cool and, just to look at the eyes, I can feel the, "Arrogant" of this lil thing. Not a bad way you know. That's the way can be, he/she does have this nature to be "arrogant", "wild". Seriously, look down on "us" (well, when birds fly, they do "look down" on us lol).
Right then, no joke here. What I wanna say is, the creature is nice. Your photo of showing beautiful creature...however...make it looks rather fake, so to speak. Sorry to say that, but I nearly didn't click in to check this beautiful wondering. Reason? I didn't realize it's a photo, I thought of maybe a game? a modeling? If so it's just so cool with so much patient to model out, though not perfect, but the eyes are really really emotion. Then I realize it is a...photo, well then. I guess exposure, and the background make this poor thing look less stun. Overall is good, this creature as you see is really really beautiful, and that is why this photo is still nice. But just lake of more thing to come, to even show off the bird. it looks really like photoshop the background and the bird. the background is distracting, the color of this green, really bright, but not suit....well, I am not profession, I dare not guess which camera or lens or even the shutter, focal, etc. just something wrong with it. If can improve, it would be nice. Otherwise it's a pity to not make this creature even worth or living, even in short period of time.

That's.
